Accellor is an AI-native services firm focused on delivering measurable business outcomes through advanced AI, data, and engineering capabilities.
Seeking a Senior Software Engineer – Applied AI to build production-grade AI solutions for a global media and entertainment organization.
Role involves working on AI initiatives in Studio Operations, Rights Management, and Finance, from concept to production.

Requirements:

5–7 years of professional software engineering experience building production applications.
Strong Python development experience with backend and/or full-stack applications.
Hands-on Microsoft Azure experience, including Azure-native services and enterprise integrations.
Experience building production applications using LLMs, including prompt engineering and model integration.
Hands-on RAG experience, including vector search, retrieval patterns, knowledge grounding, and evaluation.
Experience integrating external APIs, enterprise platforms, and Microsoft 365 services.
Strong database and SQL experience.
Strong understanding of APIs, application architecture, and modern software engineering practices.
Ability to take ambiguous business problems from concept through production deployment.
Remote within the United States with overlap with Pacific Time working hours; occasional travel may be required.

Competitive compensation rate of $70-80/hour, dependent on skills and experience.
