Demonstrated experience in LLM product development, including prompt engineering and agentic workflows.
Strong evaluation skills for measuring LLM system performance and quality metrics.
Proficiency in Python and SQL, with experience in data engineering and integration.
Clear communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Competitive salary range: USD $150,000 to $185,000 (US) or CAD $130,000 to $165,000 (Canada).
Remote work flexibility across the US and Canada, with occasional travel for team gatherings.
