Workleap is a Montreal-based tech company focused on building impactful products, including Workleap Agent and ShareGate.
The Senior AI Developer will design, build, and operate AI systems and workflows, ensuring production quality and integrating data with applications.

Requirements:

Strong production engineering skills in Python and SQL, with experience in cloud systems and CI/CD.
Hands-on experience with AI applications, observability, and evaluating non-deterministic systems.
Sound architectural judgment and experience building components for developer adoption.
Familiarity with Snowflake and its AI capabilities, or ability to learn quickly.
A builder mindset with a focus on ownership and rapid experimentation.
Bonus: Experience with AI services on Azure, AWS, or GCP.

Competitive base salary ($140,000 - $170,000) with adjustments based on location.
