Description:

  • Deepgram is seeking a Sr. Backend Engineer to design and implement secure, robust, and scalable services for speech processing and compute orchestration.
  • The role involves improving core inference services, optimizing system performance, and collaborating with Product teams to develop new features and products.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in an industry role.
  • Proficiency in Rust (or C, C++) and competence in Python.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of version control, preferably git.
  • Comprehensive experience with UNIX-style systems.
