Description:

  • Hands-on design role focused on improving the end-to-end customer experience at Actian.
  • Responsible for designing AI-powered digital experiences that enhance customer interactions across a diverse product ecosystem.

Requirements:

  • 5–7+ years in customer experience design or related fields, preferably within SaaS or enterprise software.
  • Proven experience with design thinking frameworks and AI-powered experience design, including hands-on use of AI tools in design processes.
  • Strong visual communication skills and ability to produce actionable design artifacts.
  • Excellent facilitation, written, and verbal communication skills with executive presence.
