Description:

Lead full stack development for the Digital Services team at Wellmark, Inc., focusing on high-performing software solutions.
Collaborate with UX/UI designers, product managers, and DevOps engineers to create responsive applications and ensure a seamless user experience.
Develop and optimize web pages and backend architecture for speed, accessibility, and security.
Provide production support, conduct root cause analysis, and guide improvements in a collaborative agile environment.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Technology, or related field and 72 months of software development experience.
48 months of experience in the health insurance industry and with technologies such as Angular, Node.js, MongoDB, and AWS.
Proficiency in SAFe and Agile methodologies, CI/CD processes, and test-driven development principles.
Experience with containerization using Docker and UX Design tools.

Fully remote work flexibility with the option to work from a Wellmark office if desired.
