Remote Sr. IT Asset Data Engineer (R14103)

Description:

• Responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing IT Asset Management (ITAM), Software Asset Management (SAM), and Configuration Management Database (CMDB) solutions.
• Collaborates with various teams to enhance asset data quality and operational efficiency, supporting Oportun's mission of providing affordable credit.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in Technology focusing on IT Asset Management or similar toolsets.
• 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow Asset Management, SAM, CMDB, or IT Operations Management solutions.
• Strong understanding of ITAM, SAM, Configuration Management, and CMDB best practices.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
