Description:

BCC Software seeks a Sr. Software Engineer with Delphi expertise to join an Agile development team.
Responsibilities include designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software solutions, collaborating with team members, and ensuring high code quality.

Requirements:

Minimum of 7 years of professional software development experience with Delphi.
Hands-on experience with automated unit testing and function mocking frameworks.
Proficiency with software engineering tools (source control, compilers, linkers, debuggers).
Working knowledge of database concepts and application security principles.
Familiarity with modern CI/CD practices and Gitflow workflow.
Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred: Experience with .NET C#, C++, and Python.

Remote work with periodic in-person collaboration in Rochester, NY.
Full-time exempt position with flexible hours during core work hours (Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.).
