Description:

Lyra Health is seeking a Sr. Software Engineer to enhance internal efficiency by embedding AI into workflows across the company.
The role involves direct collaboration with internal teams to identify opportunities for AI-driven solutions that improve efficiency and reduce repetitive tasks.

Requirements:

BS in Computer Science or related field.
6+ years of experience in developing web applications, preferably with Python or Java/Spring.
Hands-on experience with LLMs in production, including prompt engineering and development workflows.
Ability to work with non-engineering stakeholders to translate business problems into software solutions.
Strong judgment regarding AI applications in healthcare.
Proactive self-starter with the ability to decide on project priorities.
