Description:

Own projects end-to-end, from requirement understanding to delivery and post-release support.
Ensure timely, high-quality delivery by setting clear, realistic goals and aligning team efforts.
Identify risks early and proactively manage dependencies, scope, and timelines.
Maintain a strong focus on engineering quality, scalability, and long-term maintainability.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
4+ years of professional experience in software development, including Senior Software Engineer or Principal-level roles.
Strong experience in MVC-based frameworks, preferably with Ruby on Rails or Node.js.
Hands-on involvement in client communication and team coordination.
Strong technical foundation, problem-solving skills, and ability to mentor and guide team members.

Collaborate closely with other Team Leads, Senior Engineers, and stakeholders to ensure consistency and high standards across teams.
Support a culture of collaboration, ownership, and accountability.
