Description:

SOSi is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to support a federal payroll and financial management program.
The role involves software development, application sustainment, and production operations in a complex enterprise environment.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field (equivalent experience accepted).
10+ years of software engineering experience, particularly in mission-critical production environments.
Proficiency in COBOL, IBM z/OS, JCL, SDLC, Production Support, Software Testing, and Configuration Management.
Ability to obtain Public Trust Clearance.
Preferred experience with Oracle, Cognos, Endevor, and payroll/financial management/ERP systems.

Normal office conditions with potential for deployed location duties.
Remote or Hybrid work model available.
Core hours are Monday through Friday, 0600 – 1700, with potential evening and weekend work.
