Description:

Serve as the principal liaison for Practice Groups EHR delivery team in Long-Term and Post-Acute Care (LTPAC) environments.
Lead implementation and training of best practices to optimize workflows and drive business outcomes.
Document and translate technical requirements into effective system configurations, ensuring data quality, integrity, and security.
Deliver high-quality training and support customer change management efforts.

Requirements:

Post-secondary education in business or technology related field (preferred).
2-4+ years in a software implementation role.
Previous experience configuring or implementing a software solution, database testing, and end-user support (preferred).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver on time.

Salary range: $110,300 - $122,500 per year.
