Description:

Build the technical foundation of the partner ecosystem as the first dedicated partner-facing pre-sales engineer.
Design and validate reference architectures with strategic partners like NVIDIA and AMD, creating repeatable solutions.
Deliver technical enablement for partner architects and sellers, ensuring they can effectively position vCluster products.
Enable internal field SEs to engage partners, scaling partner interactions beyond one individual.
Own technical discovery, demos, and Proofs of Concept for partner-sourced opportunities.
Establish vCluster presence in partner Centers of Excellence, tied to named customers and qualified pipeline.
Cultivate technical credibility across 6-8 priority partners, building relationships with executive sponsors and technical champions.

Requirements:

Deep expertise in Kubernetes, including cluster architecture and cloud-native ecosystem.
Experience in partner pre-sales roles, understanding co-selling and joint validation dynamics.
Proven solutions engineering skills with a track record of successful demos and POCs.
Ability to create enablement content and workshops that lead to partner success.
Strong executive presence, capable of engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Bonus: Experience with NVIDIA ecosystem, AI infrastructure, and GPU-as-a-Service platforms.
