Remote Sr./Staff Machine Learning Engineer

Description:

• Oscilar is developing AI-powered risk decisioning for fintech, focusing on real-time decision-making for financial institutions.
• The Machine Learning Engineer will build, deploy, and maintain ML infrastructure, collaborating with data scientists and product teams.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in production ML infrastructure.
• Strong software engineering skills with experience in distributed systems and maintainable code.
• Hands-on experience with the full ML lifecycle: feature engineering, model deployment, monitoring, and retraining.
• Proficiency in Scala and Python, with experience in Spark and Flink.
• Experience in operating systems at scale, including performance tuning and incident response.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration across teams.
• Significant experience with AWS workloads.
• Preferred: Experience in fintech ML infrastructure and scaling ML systems.
