Lead the technical direction for Health Log Analytics (HLA), a data platform for operational logs at high volume.
Collaborate with engineering and product leadership to shape the HLA roadmap and ensure it meets customer needs.

Requirements:

12+ years of experience in building and operating production distributed systems, with a focus on large-scale data or platform systems.
Proficiency in data ingestion tools (Kafka, Pulsar, Kinesis) and storage solutions (Elasticsearch/OpenSearch, time-series databases).
Strong programming skills in Go, Java, Scala, Rust, or Python.
Experience with Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure at scale.
Excellent communication skills to convey complex designs to diverse audiences.

Competitive base pay ranging from $171,900 to $300,800, plus equity and variable compensation.
