Description:

Design, build, and operate production-grade agentic AI systems across ServiceNow's platform.
Focus on system designs, agentic architecture, enterprise-grounded reasoning, trust and safety, retrieval and grounding, model integration, and engineering leadership.

Requirements:

12-15 years of software engineering experience with strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and distributed systems.
Hands-on experience in designing and operating agentic systems in production.
Proficiency in automation, continuous integration, and build/release management.
Full stack development knowledge, especially in JavaScript, TypeScript, and Python.
Experience with frontier AI SDKs (Anthropic, Google, OpenAI) and RAG/retrieval patterns.
Proven track record of technical leadership and mentoring engineers.
