Description:

  • Lead user experience research for Rula’s AI and mobile experiences, focusing on patient support between therapy sessions.
  • Collaborate with Product, Design, Data, Engineering, and Clinical teams to enhance mobile and web experiences.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in user research for digital or consumer products.
  • Proficient in quantitative and qualitative research methods, including interviews and usability testing.
  • Experience managing research throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Ability to communicate complex findings to cross-functional teams and senior leaders.
  • Experience with AI-powered technology research is preferred.
