Description:

Lead a pod of approximately 16–20 legal contributors in creating and reviewing high-difficulty legal tasks for an AI training and evaluation project.
Engage in hands-on legal work while managing team performance and ensuring professional standards across various legal tasks.

Requirements:

10+ years of legal practice experience, ideally at Senior Associate, Counsel, or equivalent level.
JD or equivalent legal qualification with active US bar admission.
Strong expertise in contract drafting, legal analysis, and regulatory interpretation.

Short-term contractor assignment (6 weeks) with flexible hours (4 to 40 hours per week).
Remote work opportunity from anywhere in the USA.
