The Founding SDR Lead will manage outbound sales, build systems, fill the pipeline, and drive meetings to closure.

Requirements:

2+ years of SDR experience at a startup, having built systems from scratch.
Strong understanding of sales metrics (reply rates, meetings booked).
Must be AI-native and relentless in follow-through on leads.
Comfortable with manual outreach and building personal connections.
Early in career, seeking a founding role without managerial support.
Motivated by health and behavior change mission.
Bonus: Experience selling into HR, employee benefits, or healthcare; end-to-end conference pipeline management; deal closing experience; automation skills.
