Description:

  • Join Motive as a GTM AI Engineer on the Deal Desk team to enhance Sales and GTM operations through AI-powered workflows and automations.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to identify high-value use cases, prototype solutions, and manage the full development lifecycle of internal AI tools.

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of experience in Deal Desk or RevOps, with a focus on building and deploying internal tools and AI-enabled workflows.
  • Proficiency in scripting, SQL/SOQL, Python, and experience with AI models like ChatGPT and Gemini.
  • Familiarity with CPQ and CLM platforms, API usage, and the agentic ecosystem.

Benefits:
