Description:

Lead high-impact AI projects at Moxie, including Maia and the Context Engine.
Provide technical leadership and own major architectural decisions for AI systems and shared platforms.

Requirements:

Staff-level engineering experience with a focus on large, ambiguous initiatives.
Proven production LLM experience with real customer applications.
Strong technical leadership and ability to influence engineering standards.
Experience in AI evaluation and quality engineering.
Knowledge of sound agent and tool design principles.
Proficiency in backend technologies including Python, Django, Postgres, and REST/GraphQL.
