Remote Staff AI Execution Engineer

Description:

• Lead the design, build, and deployment of AI systems into production across Nitrogen's platform.
• Own the end-to-end delivery of AI features, ensuring reliability and performance.
• Build foundational systems for agent memory, evaluation frameworks, and decision-making patterns.
• Set high standards for technical productivity and mentor fellow engineers in AI system development.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of hands-on engineering experience with a focus on building production systems.
• Proven experience in shipping AI systems into production, including agentic workflows and orchestration.
• Strong understanding of evaluation frameworks for improving agent decisions at scale.
• Proficiency in SQL & Python, with experience in data engines and pipelines.
• Familiarity with AI frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, and GraphQL.
