Remote AI Research Engineer

Description:

• Seeking an exceptional AI Research Engineer to advance reliable AI agents in production.
• Role involves applied AI research and engineering, focusing on learning algorithms for AI agent evaluation, optimization, and continual improvement.

Requirements:

• Strong hands-on expertise with AI Agents / Agentic AI.
• Demonstrated experience in evaluating, improving, or optimizing AI agent behavior.
• Proficient in Python, AI/ML, and LLM.
• Experience in applied AI research or product-oriented research.
• Ability to convert research and experiments into working systems.
• Experience in early-stage startups or small technical teams.
• Comfortable with significant technical ownership and autonomy.
