Drive adoption of native AI capabilities across the organization.

Requirements:

8+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years with AI/LLM-powered platforms.
Strong understanding of NLP and modern LLM architectures.
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow's AI ecosystem.
Familiarity with MCP and A2A for multi-agent integration.
Proficiency in scripting (JavaScript, Python) and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
