Staff AI Acceleration Engineer responsible for defining the technical foundation for AI agents at Dave.
Focus on architecture, technical strategy, and platform design to enable trusted AI development across the company.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
8+ years of experience in software engineering, platform engineering, or AI engineering.
Experience in architecting production-grade AI platforms and connecting LLMs to enterprise data.
Strong software engineering fundamentals and experience with modern data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Python, Kubernetes).
Ability to influence technical direction across teams without direct authority.
