Description:

Join Juniper Square's Applied AI team as a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer, working directly with GP clients to deliver AI-powered solutions.
Own the end-to-end delivery process, including discovery, design, build, deployment, and ongoing operation of custom AI agents.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in shipping production software, with hands-on experience in AI-enabled applications.
Proven ability to translate business needs into clear requirements and deliver working software.
Full-stack engineering skills, including infrastructure management on major cloud providers.
Experience working directly with clients, managing relationships and project delivery.
Strong written communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
