Description:

  • Seeking a product-minded AI engineer to enhance customer decision-making through reliable agents.
  • Focus on quality, coverage, and user experience for the in-product assistant, AskWaive.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in production software or data-intensive systems, strong Python skills, and at least one LLM or agent feature shipped.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS, particularly Amazon Bedrock and Bedrock AgentCore.
  • Proficiency in agent engineering, retrieval over business data, and evaluation loops for generative systems.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams.
