Description:

UFORCE is a defense-technology company focused on making aggression unaffordable, with operations in Europe, the US, and Asia.
The Staff Engineer, AI / ML will develop a self-serve toolchain for customers to adapt UFORCE models using their private data securely.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in production ML, AI, or computer-vision systems.
Proficient in Python and PyTorch, with experience in ML data pipelines and evaluation infrastructure.
Deep knowledge of computer vision data, including detection, segmentation, and dataset curation.
Familiarity with tools like SAM-2, Grounding DINO, and FiftyOne.
Strong understanding of evaluation metrics and QA processes.
Experience leading teams and strong communication skills.
