Description:

  • Senior individual-contributor and technical-leadership role on the AI and Platform team within Mitratech’s Legal Solutions division.
  • Set technical direction across multiple services and teams, defining AI platform patterns and staying hands-on with production code.

Requirements:

  • Principal-level experience in technical leadership with deep expertise in modern Python AI stack.
  • Proficiency in backend service development, cloud platform engineering (AWS preferred), GenAI/LLM application engineering, agent tooling, data persistence, application security, automated testing, and modern developer-tooling practices.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
