Description:

  • Lead application security strategy for Apollo’s Security department, addressing complex AppSec challenges across product, platform, and AI features.
  • Shape roadmaps for Engineering, Product, and Platform teams to integrate secure patterns and set AppSec standards.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years in software engineering or application security with a proven track record in leading AppSec strategy.
  • Expertise in code review, penetration testing, exploit development, and secure architecture, with strong software development skills (Ruby/Rails preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with AI-powered systems and the ability to make risk decisions under ambiguity.
