Description:

Lead the technical direction for Quo's AI Agent Platform, shaping customer experiences with AI.
Own the architecture and execution of the agent platform, ensuring scalability and performance.

Requirements:

Experience building and scaling backend systems for products with real users.
Proficiency in TypeScript and Node, or strong skills in another backend language with a willingness to learn.
Familiarity with LLM-powered systems and AI frameworks.
Ability to write clear design documentation and communicate effectively with teams.
