Description:

  • Join TeamSnap as a Staff Backend Engineer to help scale systems for millions of users and thousands of sports organizations.
  • Work with a tech stack including Node, TypeScript, Elixir, Ruby/Rails, SQL, and cloud-based services.

Requirements:

  • Strong expertise in Node and experience with production backend systems.
  • Proven track record in building and operating high-scale APIs and distributed systems.
  • Proficient in SQL and relational database optimization.
  • Familiarity with service-oriented and event-driven architectures.
  • Knowledge of production infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and operational debugging.
  • Ability to mentor engineers and communicate technical trade-offs effectively.
