Remote Staff Data Analyst, GTM

Description:

• Join the Data Intelligence team as a Staff Data Analyst, GTM to build the analytical foundation for Supabase's sales organization.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and GTM Ops to transform raw data into actionable insights.

Requirements:

• 6+ years in analytics, supporting Sales, Customer Success, or GTM Ops.
• Experience building data models and BI layers from scratch.
• Proficient in connecting CRM, product usage, and billing data.
• Familiarity with PLG or usage-based business models.
• Ability to create self-service tools for GTM teams.
• Strong communication skills for non-technical stakeholders.
• AI-forward mindset with experience using AI tools in analysis.
• Comfortable in async, autonomous work environments.
