Description:

  • Sidecar Health is seeking a Staff Data Analytics Engineer to build the data foundation for product teams.
  • The role involves designing data models, building pipelines, defining metrics, and ensuring data compliance in a regulated healthcare environment.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in analytics or data engineering, with strong SQL and dbt skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related technical field or equivalent experience.
  • Hands-on experience with Snowflake and commitment to data quality.
  • Experience working with product teams to define metrics and solve ambiguous problems.
  • Familiarity with AI coding tools and comfort in a regulated environment.
