Description:

Lead the Cloud Engineering team to scale and maintain Jane's infrastructure.
Collaborate with staff engineers to shape and deliver the long-term technical vision for the platform.
Drive solutions for complex problems and build consensus across teams to implement infrastructure improvements.
Provide technical leadership and support for cloud infrastructure design and operational health.

Requirements:

Deep expertise with AWS, including multi-region deployments and high-scale services.
Strong command of infrastructure as code, particularly Terraform.
Experience with database operations at scale, including upgrades and performance tuning.
Proven track record of managing large projects and driving consensus among stakeholders.
Experience in a fast-growing company, comfortable in a startup to enterprise environment.
Hands-on experience with AI tools and an AI-positive mindset.
Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation.
Ability to set direction and elevate team performance as a technical leader.

Competitive annual salary range of $158,400 to $247,500, with most new hires starting at $188,100.
