Description:

Hubstaff is seeking a Staff DevOps Engineer to enhance its cloud platform.
This fully remote role focuses on building secure, scalable, and automated systems in collaboration with engineering teams.

Requirements:

Experience with AWS and GCP cloud infrastructure at scale.
Proficiency in Terraform, Kubernetes (EKS), Docker, Helm, and GitOps practices.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and ArgoCD.
Knowledge of PostgreSQL, Redis, and distributed systems.
Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and CloudWatch.
Understanding of networking, IAM, encryption, and cloud security best practices.
Ability to support applications built with Ruby on Rails, Go, Rust, or Node.js.
