Description:

Local point of contact for operations and compliance overseas, focusing on day-to-day operational execution and cross-timezone collaboration.
Responsible for ensuring system stability and compliance across the North America region.

Requirements:

Fluent in Mandarin Chinese (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
3–4 years of hands-on experience in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering roles.
Strong experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and core services (VPC, EC2, EKS/Kubernetes, RDS, IAM).
Deep knowledge of Linux systems, networking fundamentals, containers (Docker, Kubernetes), and service governance.
Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (Terraform, Ansible, Helm).
Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Argo CD, CodeBuild).
Hands-on experience with monitoring, logging, and tracing systems (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, OpenTelemetry).
Proficiency in at least one scripting or programming language (Python, Shell, Go).
Excellent system design, analytical thinking, and troubleshooting skills.
Strong cross-team communication skills; experience in technical knowledge sharing is a plus.
