Description:

  • Join AnswersNow as a Staff Engineer AI/ML to lead engineering teams in developing an innovative virtual ABA therapy platform.
  • Manage Engineering Team Leads, ensuring high performance, culture, and delivery while collaborating with CTO and product leadership.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of software engineering experience, with 3+ years in a senior or staff-level role.
  • Expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Node.js/Express, and Postgres.
  • Experience with AWS distributed systems and ML/AI systems, including LLM integration.
  • Strong mentorship skills and excellent communication abilities.
  • Familiarity with ETL pipelines and data-intensive systems is a plus.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary range of $151,000 - $178,500 annually.
