Join Renew Home as a Staff Data Engineer to lead the development of a data platform for managing residential energy.

Requirements:

10+ years of software and data engineering experience with architectural leadership.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
Proven experience with high-volume batch and real-time data streaming architectures (e.g., GCP PubSub, AWS Kinesis).
Expertise in building scalable data lake architectures and managing telemetry data.
Proficiency in database design and performance tuning with AWS Redshift and PostgreSQL Aurora.
Mastery of Python and SQL, with strong software engineering principles.
Ability to mentor engineers and drive cross-functional alignment.
