Remote Staff Engineer/Senior Developer (Elixir, Ruby, Flutter)

Description:

• Provide technical leadership for multiple projects, ensuring delivery on budget and time.
• Mentor and guide teams of developers, designers, and QA analysts to meet client expectations.
• Collaborate with Project Managers on project planning, sprint planning, and maintaining documentation.
• Serve as a technical expert, leading code reviews and hands-on development.
• Assist in pre-sales processes through solution architecture and estimates.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in software development, particularly with Ruby on Rails, Elixir, and Phoenix.
• 2+ years of experience with Flutter and/or React Native.
• 5+ years of experience with DevOps practices, including CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code.
• Practical experience with AI-assisted development tools in production environments.
• 3+ years in a consultancy environment, with experience in technical discovery and solution design.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage expectations among team members.
