Description:

  • Join Ideals as a Staff Engineer / Tech Lead, focusing on hands-on technical delivery and raising engineering standards.
  • Work on modernization efforts and new feature initiatives, including AI-related capabilities, while mentoring and supporting team growth.

Requirements:

  • Expert-level backend engineering skills in C# / .NET.
  • Solid experience with automated testing, DevOps practices, and databases.
  • Strong product mindset and ability to work autonomously with senior engineers.
  • Excellent communication skills with an Upper-intermediate (B2) or higher level of English.
  • Nice to have: experience with AI-related features and system design.
