Description:

  • Own the quality and consistency of core flag surfaces including flag list, targeting, segments, and contexts.
  • Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to create a coherent user experience across multiple workflows.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of software engineering experience with deep frontend expertise, particularly in TypeScript and React.
  • Proven experience owning a design system and influencing cross-team standards without direct authority.
  • Strong product and UX judgment, with the ability to trace workflows and identify user needs.
  • Experience with data-dense enterprise product UI and understanding of agent-driven tooling.
