Description:
- GoodParty.org seeks a Staff Full Stack Engineer to scale AI for Independent candidates and elected officials.
- Role involves leading technical projects, shaping architecture, and building AI-native products for civic leaders.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of engineering experience, with 3+ years at Staff level or equivalent.
- Proficient in Next.js/React (frontend) and NestJS/TypeScript (backend).
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS) and infrastructure-as-code tools.
- Familiarity with AI-native coding approaches and LLM-powered features.
- Strong communication skills and ability to provide and receive feedback.
