The Staff Full Stack Engineer will be part of the Lending team, responsible for delivering complex projects at scale and shaping the technical direction of lending products that serve millions of customers.
Responsibilities include leading the design and delivery of impactful projects, providing technical leadership, optimizing lending systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and mentoring engineers.

Requirements:

Candidates must have deep expertise in building and scaling distributed systems, high-throughput APIs, and data-intensive services.
Strong full-stack skills are required, with fluency in backend architecture and modern frontend frameworks.
Experience in designing systems with a focus on reliability, security, and performance, preferably in payments, lending, or regulated consumer finance domains is essential.
Exceptional technical leadership and communication skills are necessary, along with a proven track record of influencing architecture and product direction.
