Description:

Join Kustomer as a Full Stack Software Engineer in a collaborative team environment (Pod) to enhance customer service experiences.
Work with technologies like Node.js, React, Golang, and AWS to ship full-stack features and contribute to AI-powered product capabilities.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
Passion for software development demonstrated through personal projects or contributions.
Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system fundamentals.
Experience with both frontend and backend development, or strong interest in learning.
Familiarity with modern AI developer tools and a mindset of ownership in software delivery.

Benefits:

Competitive salary range of $90K - $115K plus equity.
