Remote Staff Fullstack Engineer - Data Products

Description:

• Join GitLab as a Staff Fullstack Engineer - Data Products to build in-product insights on the Data Insights Platform and GitLab Knowledge Graph.
• Act as a technical anchor for reporting dashboards, graph ingestion, and data delivery, transforming software delivery data into actionable intelligence.

Requirements:

• Experience owning product or platform systems end-to-end at the staff level.
• Strong fullstack technical skills in Go, Ruby, and Node.
• Depth in areas like reporting platforms, graph data systems, or data warehouse integrations (Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery).
• Hands-on experience with production data ingestion and systems integrations.
• Experience with multi-tenant systems in SaaS and self-managed environments.
• Strong judgment in ambiguity and ability to create clarity.
• Clear written communication skills for architecture proposals and design records.
• Proactive collaboration approach with experience in platform, data, or product engineering.
