Description:

Join Headway, a Series D company on a mission to improve mental healthcare access by automating insurance processes and building a comprehensive platform for therapists and patients.
Work as a Fullstack Software Engineer with end-to-end ownership, developing features for therapist practice management, patient engagement, AI-enabled clinical systems, and more.

Requirements:

Proficient in TypeScript, Python 3, React, and FastAPI, with experience in building user-friendly web applications.
Strong problem-solving skills, ability to manage ambiguous projects, and a commitment to mentoring and sharing knowledge within the team.
Motivated by impactful work in healthcare, with excellent communication skills and a willingness to explore AI tools in development.

Benefits:

Competitive salary range of $264,000 - $330,000 plus equity package.
Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, HSA/FSA, 401(k), therapy reimbursement, and generous time off policies.
