Description:

  • Grailed seeks a Staff Machine Learning Engineer to develop models and systems for enhancing buyer inventory connections and recommendations.
  • The role involves end-to-end ownership of machine learning systems, from architecture to production operation, within a small, focused team.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of engineering experience with a focus on production machine learning systems.
  • Proficiency in Python, SQL, DBT, and airflow or similar tools.
  • Strong understanding of ML, AI, and statistical models, particularly in e-commerce.
  • Experience with ranking, retrieval, or recommendation systems and ML lifecycle tooling.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
