Description:

  • Serve as the senior-most technical multiplier for the Enterprise AI organization at ServiceNow.
  • Define the multi-year technical architecture for AI Control Tower, agent governance, and related systems.
  • Establish an AI-forward developer experience and operational excellence for autonomous agents.
  • Mentor engineers and build AI fluency within the team.

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of software engineering experience, with 5+ years in a principal or senior role.
  • Expertise in agentic AI, LLM-based systems, and AI governance.
  • Experience architecting enterprise-scale cloud platforms and distributed systems.
  • Strong judgment in ambiguous technical domains and executive communication skills.

  • Base pay range of $216,100 - $378,200, plus equity and variable compensation.
