Remote Staff Machine Learning Engineer, Supply

Description:

• Lead technical vision and roadmap for ML systems in forecasting, supply positioning, and fleet optimization.
• Execute complex, cross-functional ML initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Mentor engineers and set architecture, modeling approaches, and engineering standards.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with a proven track record in production.
• Experience as a technical lead, driving projects across multiple engineers and stakeholders.
• Strong system design skills for scalable ML systems and data pipelines.
• Ability to translate business problems into technical strategies.
• Proficient in Python and modern ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow) and data tools (SQL, Spark).
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools and validating AI outputs.
